About Hale Trucking
Hale Trucking LLC is an interstate carrier based in Clayton, New Jersey. Our story started behind the wheel in 2021: we began as company drivers, then became owner operators. Along the way we saw what was broken in this industry, from carriers hiding rate confirmations from their drivers to sharing altered ones to take a bigger cut. We knew there was a better way to run a trucking company, so we built Hale Trucking on it.
Today we are a growing fleet with one simple rule: treat people right. We believe honest work comes back around, for our drivers and for the customers who trust us with their freight.
